GiveMeROM Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your registration, membership purchase, account activity, file downloads and use of all services provided through GiveMeROM.

Effective Date: July 17, 2026 Last Updated: July 17, 2026 Website: GiveMeROM.com
Important Account Warning: Using multiple accounts on the same PC, device or network to bypass membership limits, repeatedly access the same files or coordinate bulk downloads may result in the suspension of all connected accounts. Accounts terminated for confirmed abuse will not be eligible for a voluntary refund, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to GiveMeROM. In these Terms, “GiveMeROM”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to the operator of GiveMeROM.com. “User”, “you” and “your” refer to any person who visits, registers, purchases a membership, accesses or downloads files from the website.

By registering an account, purchasing a membership, making a payment, downloading a file or otherwise using GiveMeROM, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any applicable Refund Policy.

Do not use the service if you do not agree with these Terms.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use GiveMeROM on behalf of a business, repair centre or organisation, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You must provide accurate registration, billing and contact information. You may not impersonate another person, provide false details or register an account using information that you are not authorised to use.

3 Digital Services and Files

GiveMeROM provides access to digital mobile device service and repair resources, which may include:

  • Official firmware and flash files.
  • Full dump files.
  • EMMC and UFS-related files.
  • QCN and device configuration files.
  • Touch-fix and software repair files.
  • Pinout images and servicing resources.
  • Other downloadable digital repair resources.

All products and services are delivered digitally. No physical item is shipped unless expressly stated otherwise.

4 Membership Plans

Membership benefits depend on the package selected at the time of purchase. A membership may include a specified:

  • Validity period.
  • Total download allowance.
  • Daily bandwidth allowance.
  • Daily or total file-download limit.
  • Access to particular file categories.
  • Other plan-specific features or restrictions.

Users must review the plan description before purchase. Unused bandwidth, download limits, membership days or benefits do not have cash value and cannot be transferred unless GiveMeROM expressly approves the transfer in writing.

Access automatically ends when the plan expires or its applicable total usage limit is exhausted.

5 Fair Usage Policy

Fair Usage limits are applied to protect server resources, download bandwidth and service availability for all members.

  • Daily bandwidth and file limits may apply.
  • Limits reset according to the schedule shown in the user's account.
  • Unused daily limits may not roll over to another day.
  • Users may not manipulate sessions or accounts to bypass limits.
  • Splitting one download operation across multiple accounts is prohibited.
  • Technical errors do not automatically entitle a user to additional limits.

Normal Use

Downloading several files from the same brand is not automatically a violation. Enforcement may occur where download patterns, multiple accounts, repeated files, automation or other evidence reasonably indicates limit bypassing, account sharing, bulk collection or redistribution.

6 Single-User Account

Unless a plan is expressly described as a team or reseller plan, every membership is licensed for use by one individual user only.

Users may not:

  • Share login credentials with another person.
  • Sell, rent, lend or transfer an account.
  • Permit customers, staff or third parties to operate the same account.
  • Purchase one membership for use by multiple repair technicians.
  • Allow another person to download files through the account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, OTP, email account and other login credentials. You must promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

7 Multiple Account Abuse

Creating, purchasing, controlling or using multiple accounts for the purpose of bypassing membership restrictions is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Using multiple IDs on the same PC, laptop, mobile device or browser to avoid download limits.
  • Switching to another account after a daily or total limit has been reached.
  • Downloading the same or substantially similar files through different accounts.
  • Coordinating multiple accounts to collect files from one brand, model series or category in bulk.
  • Registering another account after an earlier account has been suspended.
  • Using accounts belonging to friends, employees, customers or relatives to continue downloading.
  • Purchasing several normal memberships and operating them as one shared or commercial bulk-download system.

Related Account Enforcement

Where reasonable evidence shows that several accounts are controlled, shared or coordinated by the same user for abuse, GiveMeROM may restrict or suspend all related accounts pending review.

8 Suspicious Download Behaviour

GiveMeROM may review account activity where download behaviour appears inconsistent with normal individual servicing use.

Examples may include:

  • Repeated downloads of identical files from different accounts.
  • Unusually rapid or continuous file downloading.
  • Bulk collection of full dump files or complete brand libraries.
  • Downloads occurring simultaneously from unrelated locations.
  • Repeated account switching on the same device.
  • Patterns suggesting resale, mirroring or redistribution.
  • Automated or scripted file requests.
  • Attempts to generate or reuse unauthorised download links.

GiveMeROM will normally consider the overall activity and available evidence rather than relying only on one IP address or one technical signal.

9 Security and Abuse Monitoring

To secure the platform and enforce these Terms, GiveMeROM may process and compare reasonable technical and account information, including:

  • Login and account history.
  • Download records and file identifiers.
  • IP address and approximate network information.
  • Browser, operating system and device information.
  • Session, cookie and security-token information.
  • Payment and membership relationships.
  • Failed login or limit-bypass attempts.
  • Other fraud-prevention and security indicators.

Such information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10 Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Hack, attack, overload or disrupt the website or server.
  • Probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without written permission.
  • Bypass authentication, download limits or security controls.
  • Use bots, scripts, crawlers or automated downloading tools.
  • Scrape, index, copy or mirror the file database.
  • Reverse engineer protected website components or download systems.
  • Use stolen, compromised or unauthorised payment methods.
  • Upload malware or malicious code.
  • Use the service for unlawful access to another person's device or data.
  • Use files in violation of applicable law, ownership rights or authorisation requirements.
  • Misrepresent an affiliation with GiveMeROM.
  • Attempt to avoid a suspension or permanent ban.

11 File Usage Licence

Subject to these Terms and an active membership, GiveMeROM grants the user a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use downloaded files for lawful device repair, servicing, testing or recovery work.

Purchasing a membership does not transfer ownership, copyright or redistribution rights in any file, database, website content or software.

Users are responsible for confirming that they are legally authorised by the device owner to perform the relevant repair, flashing, recovery or servicing operation.

12 Resale and Redistribution Prohibited

Unless prior written permission is obtained from GiveMeROM, users may not:

  • Resell downloaded files individually or as a package.
  • Re-upload files to another website or application.
  • Publish files in Telegram, WhatsApp or other messaging groups.
  • Mirror files on Google Drive, Mega, MediaFire or similar storage services.
  • Share direct or generated download links.
  • Include files in a paid or free firmware collection.
  • Remove identifying information or rebrand files.
  • Offer another person access in exchange for payment or benefit.

GiveMeROM may terminate accounts where reasonable evidence indicates unauthorised distribution or commercial resale.

13 Account Restriction, Suspension and Ban

GiveMeROM may temporarily restrict an account while investigating suspected abuse, fraud, security risk, unauthorised access or violation of these Terms.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • Require identity, payment or account ownership verification.
  • Temporarily disable downloads.
  • Reset or revoke active sessions.
  • Cancel unauthorised download links.
  • Suspend one or more related accounts.
  • Cancel the active membership.
  • Permanently terminate the account.
  • Prevent future registrations associated with confirmed abuse.

Where reasonably possible, users may contact support to request a review. GiveMeROM may refuse reinstatement where the evidence confirms serious, repeated or intentional abuse.

14 Refund and Cancellation Policy

Membership access and downloadable files are digital services. Users must check package limits, validity, supported file access and other details before making payment.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by GiveMeROM, a voluntary refund will generally not be provided where:

  • The membership has been activated.
  • A file has been downloaded or download access has been used.
  • The user selected an incorrect file, model or membership package.
  • The membership has expired.
  • The user did not use the available membership benefits.
  • The user's device cannot be repaired using the downloaded file.
  • The account was suspended for a confirmed policy violation.
  • The user changed their mind after digital access was provided.

A payment error, duplicate payment or failure to provide the purchased membership may be reviewed upon submission of valid payment evidence.

No Refund for Confirmed Abuse

Accounts permanently terminated for confirmed account sharing, multiple-ID abuse, limit bypassing, fraud, automation, redistribution or security attacks will not be eligible for a voluntary refund, credit, replacement membership or transfer. This clause does not limit legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

15 Payments, Chargebacks and Disputes

Users must use a payment method they are legally authorised to use. Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment providers, and their additional terms may apply.

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, users should contact GiveMeROM support and provide reasonable details so that the issue can be investigated.

Filing a knowingly false chargeback, using a stolen payment method, misrepresenting service delivery or attempting to retain digital access after reversing payment may result in account restriction or termination.

GiveMeROM may submit relevant account, download, login and transaction records to the payment provider for the purpose of responding to a valid payment dispute.

16 File Information and Availability

We aim to provide accurate file names, models, versions, security patches and descriptions. However, users must independently verify compatibility before use.

File availability may change because of storage issues, copyright claims, technical failures, security concerns, duplicate content, incorrect uploads or third-party restrictions.

GiveMeROM does not guarantee that every requested file will be available, permanently stored, updated or suitable for a particular repair.

17 Technical and Firmware Disclaimer

Firmware flashing, dump writing, EMMC/UFS servicing, QCN restoration and related mobile repair work involve technical risks and should be performed only by trained users with appropriate tools and authorisation.

The user is solely responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct model, region, binary and file version.
  • Checking hardware and software compatibility.
  • Backing up customer and device data.
  • Using compatible service tools and procedures.
  • Maintaining stable power and connections during flashing.
  • Obtaining the device owner's consent.
  • Complying with applicable laws and manufacturer requirements.

Use of a file may result in boot failure, data loss, software corruption, network configuration loss, warranty impact, security state changes or device damage if the wrong file or procedure is used.

18 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GiveMeROM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the website, membership or downloaded files.

Such losses may include:

  • Device boot failure or permanent malfunction.
  • Loss or corruption of data.
  • Loss of device settings or network configuration.
  • Warranty loss or manufacturer service refusal.
  • Business interruption or loss of customers.
  • Loss of income, profits or opportunity.
  • Third-party claims arising from unauthorised servicing.
  • Failure of hardware, software or third-party repair tools.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19 Service Availability

GiveMeROM aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Temporary interruption may occur because of:

  • Scheduled or emergency maintenance.
  • Server, network or storage failure.
  • Third-party hosting or cloud-storage restrictions.
  • Internet or telecommunications outages.
  • Cyberattacks or security incidents.
  • Government, legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

Short-term downtime does not automatically create a refund entitlement. Where a prolonged outage materially prevents use of an active membership, GiveMeROM may provide a reasonable extension or other remedy at its discretion or as required by applicable law.

20 Intellectual Property

The GiveMeROM name, logo, website design, database arrangement, software, original text, graphics and platform features are owned by or licensed to GiveMeROM and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party firmware, trademarks, product names and manufacturer materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the website does not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement unless expressly stated.

21 Copyright and Content Complaints

A copyright owner or authorised representative may submit a written complaint identifying the protected work, disputed material, location of the material, contact information and basis of authority.

GiveMeROM may review, restrict or remove disputed material and may request additional verification before acting on a complaint.

Knowingly submitting a false or misleading claim is prohibited.

22 Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the GiveMeROM Privacy Policy. Users should review that policy before creating an account or purchasing a membership.

By using the service, you acknowledge that account, transaction, security and download information may be processed to provide the service, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms and comply with legal obligations.

23 Pricing and Changes to Services

GiveMeROM may change membership prices, future package limits, available features, supported payment methods or website functionality.

Material changes will generally apply prospectively. Active purchased benefits will not be arbitrarily removed except where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, technical impossibility or misuse of the service.

These Terms may be updated periodically. The updated version will become effective on the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

24 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without excluding any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction available under applicable law.

Users should first contact GiveMeROM support and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Subject to mandatory legal rights, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered place of business of GiveMeROM.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
